Redemption Process for Specific Games

Certain games require extra steps to be taken once you have claimed your prize. Written instructions are provided below, and video instructions are available on YouTube.

Skate 3

You must own a registered copy of Skate 3 for the Xbox 360 only.

You must also have a current Xbox LIVE Gold Account.

Once you have claimed a Skate3 prize, turn on your game and sign in to get your content.

For Dr Pepper clothing items
  • enter Pause Menu (press Start in game)
  • Select Edit Skaters
  • Select Edit Skater on any skater
  • Select Merchandise
  • Select Hats — Scroll down until you find the Dr Pepper Cans hat
  • Select T-Shirts — Scroll down until you find the Dr Pepper Modern and Classic shirts
for Dr Pepper challenges
  • Enter Pause Menu
  • Select Challenge Map
  • Select Film — Dr Pepper Film is available
  • Select Hall of Meat — Deadly Dr Pepper is available
Dr Pepper Can Man
  • Enter Pause Menu
  • Select Free Play
  • Under 'Other Skaters' you'll find Dr Pepper
For Dr Pepper Skate.Park objects
  • Enter Pause Menu
  • 2nd column over select skate.Park (player will have needed to play past DIY Skate Park challenge in career to unlock this)
  • Select New Park
  • Choose PCU Training lot (or any available lot)
  • Press LB + B (L1 +circle on PS3) to access park editor
  • Press X (square) for new object
  • Move to Other tab
  • Select Misc Terrain
  • Scroll down to Dr Pepper Balloon Can
  • Move to Props tab
  • Select Other
  • Scroll down to Dr Pepper Vending Machine


Battlefield: Bad Company 2

You must own a registered copy of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for the XBox only.

You must also have a current Xbox LIVE Gold Account.

Follow these steps after you have claimed an "Upgrade" prize:
  • Start the game
  • Log into Xbox Live. If you are not logged into Xbox Live, you will NOT see your prizes.
  • On the kit selection screen, select the kit with plus sign to use the SPECACT camouflage for your soldier. For example, select "Assault+" to play as an Assault soldier with SPECACT camouflage.
  • On the kit selection screen, select the golden weapon with the SA name to use the SPECACT camouflage for your primary weapon. For example, select "M95 SA" to pay with the M95 with SPECACT camouflage.


Mass Effect 2 (Xbox)

  • Start the game
  • Cerberus Connection will automatically prompt
  • Sign in with your existing account - ensure it is the same account used when redeeming the Dr. Pepper code
  • The Cerberus laptop will open on screen and display the available downloads
  • Clicking on the "New content available" option, will list all downloads available
  • When selecting a DLC, that DLC can be downloaded from Xbox Live.
  • Once downloaded, a reboot of the game is required.

NOTE: If the game is not Cerberus entitled (no cerberus laptop opening), choose the "extras" option of the main menu and select "downloadable content".

Mass Effect 2 (PC)

  • Login to the BioWare social site at http://social.bioware.com. (This can be done by clicking on the downloadable content option within the game as well.) YOU MUST LOGIN USING THE SAME EA ACCOUNT YOU CLAIMED YOUR PRIZE WITH.
  • On a successful login to the social site, go to the option under your profile called "your registered game promotions"
  • Listed here are all the promotions available for download and will now display the Dr.Pepper promo.
  • Download and install
  • Restart the game

Battlefield Heroes
If you have chosen a prize that states "You must finalize your redemption here" then click "here" to be taken to the Battlefield Heroes website. You should be automatically logged in as the same EA user you just used to claim your prize, and you should see a large Dr Pepper logo above a list of your claimed prizes. If you do NOT see this then proceed to http://www.battlefieldheroes.com/drpepper and log in at the top of the page WITH THE SAME EA ACCOUNT YOU USED TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE. Once logged in, you should see your list of prizes.

If you have chosen a prize that states "You can download your prize here" then click "here" to download the prize as a file to your computer.

The Sims 3
You must have The Sims 3 installed in order to download content into the game.

  • go to your Sims 3 Store purchase history page, and LOG IN USING THE SAME EA ACCOUNT YOU CLAIMED YOUR PRIZE WITH.
  • find your Dr. Pepper items on the page
  • click the download button.

Spore
To claim in-game Spore prizes you need to own a registered copy of Spore and you must have a Spore Screen Name.

  • follow these instructions to ensure you have a valid Spore screen name
  • when you go to claim your Spore prize, ensure you log into the EA site with the same EA account you used for your Spore screen name
  • after you have claimed your prize, follow the link to the Spore site and log in with this same EA account.

Code Information

Where do I find my code?
Look under the cap of specially marked 20 oz., 16 oz. and 14 oz. bottles of Dr Pepper®, Dr Pepper Cherry, Diet Dr Pepper and Diet Dr Pepper Cherry for the game code. Codes will be available under the cap on bottles from January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010 and from July 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 in participating markets. Look behind the sticker of specially marked 32 oz. fountain cups of Dr Pepper® at participating locations from April 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 for the Code.

I tried to enter my code but it was invalid
Each Dr Pepper EA Games Every Bottle/Cup Wins code consists of 12 alpha-numeric characters. If your code is not accepted, please use the guide below to confirm that the correct letters and numbers have been keyed into the code field.

Prize Information

How do I know if I won a prize?
A message will appear on your screen notifying you that you have won a prize after you enter your code and answer three survey questions.

How do I claim my prize?
To claim your prize, simply click on the claim button. If you do not claim your prize it will be forfeited.


Technical Requirements

  • All games require a Microsoft Xbox 360, Mac and/or PC
  • Battlefield Heroes is only supported by PCs
  • The Sims3 and Spore are both supported by PCs and Macs
